Congratulations!

BETHEL PHASE 2 REOPENING
Governor John Carney and the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) announced major upcoming changes to Delaware’s COVID-19 restrictions that will take effect on Friday, May 21. (for worship-Sunday, May 23rd)
One of the modifications is the capacity restrictions for houses of worship.
Our Bethel COVID-19 Task Force met last week and decided that we would eliminate our current member Sunday registration process to allow more members to attend. There will no longer be a pre-registration process.
As Bethel moves into Phase 2 of Reopening, we want to say to our Bethel Family… WELCOME BACK to in-person worship in our Bethel sanctuary.
Bethel will still be abiding by protocols set in place by our Bethel COVID-19 Task Force:
This is a special trial process that will be assessed weekly by the Task Force. In the event that COVID-19 cases begin to rise or we reach our social distancing capacity we will reevaluate and adjust accordingly.

COVID-19 continues to be a concern in our community as it spreads across the state, country, and the world. Therefore, we all must remain vigilant. The changes we have had to make in our worship experiences, Bible study and ministries; in our work and other routines in our daily lives are challenging, but these changes are essential and critically important. We must be diligent and consistent in the measures we take to stop the spread of this dangerous virus. The more steps you and your family can take to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the safer you will be.
Please follow the three Ws – Wear a mask (cloth facing covering); Wait six feet apart from others and Wash your hands!
Our prayers for a rapid and complete healing are with the community, especially those persons directly affected by this virus.
Grace and Mercy,
Rev. Dr. Silvester S. Beaman
Pastor
